Did a pharmacy send you an expired products request? Check each product, accept, change or refuse the quantities, then close the request once the pharmacy has signed the destruction certificate.
Verify an expired products request
A new expired products request arrives with the status "Awaiting verification".
Click "Reclamations" in the left menu.
Click the expired products request (marked "Expired #").
Click "Manage reclamation".
For each product, change the accepted quantity if needed, then click the green check icon (tooltip "Validate") or the red cross (tooltip "Refuse"). To change your mind, hover over the colored circle on the line (tooltip "Change") and click it. The "VALIDATE ALL" and "REFUSE ALL" buttons process all lines at once.
When all lines are validated or refused, click "Save".
Result: the request moves to the status "Awaiting signature" (everything accepted) or "Partially validated" (partial acceptance). The pharmacy must now sign the destruction certificate.
Why this path: "Manage reclamation" is the usual entry point for a new request. "Back to verification" and "Close reclamation", described below, are the two other steps of the same cycle, each at its own status.
In "Manage reclamation", refusing a product sets its quantity to 0 and does not block the validation of the other products. The "Save" button stays grayed out as long as a line is neither validated nor refused.
Return to the verification of an expired products request
As long as the pharmacy has not signed the destruction certificate (statuses "Partially validated" or "Awaiting signature"), you can resume your verification.
Click "Reclamations" in the left menu, then the expired products request.
Click "Back to verification", then "Confirm".
Result: the request returns to the status "Awaiting verification"; "Manage reclamation" is offered again.
Close an expired products request
After the pharmacy has signed the destruction certificate, the expired products request has the status "Forwarded".
Click "Reclamations" in the left menu, then the expired products request.
Click "Close reclamation", then "Confirm".
Result: "The process is now complete" is displayed, and the request moves to the status "Closed".
A laboratory administrator can then, if needed, click "Back to forwarded" to reopen a closed request.
The amount displayed for the expired products request
After a partial acceptance of an expired products request, the displayed amount may remain calculated on the declared quantity and not on the accepted quantity. In that case, contact support via the Opeaz chat bubble, stating the "Expired #" number: it gives you the corrected amount, calculated as follows: (accepted quantity ÷ declared quantity) × initial expected amount, and has the destruction certificate regenerated. Support does not change the amount of the request itself.
If it does not work
You do not see "Manage reclamation": the request is no longer "Awaiting verification"; use "Back to verification" if the pharmacy has not signed.
You cannot delete or process a request: your account may not have the expired products permissions or may not be an administrator: ask your laboratory's administrator.
Still stuck: contact support via the Opeaz chat bubble, stating the "Expired #" number.
