Has the laboratory checked your expired products request? Sign the destruction certificate with your RPPS number to confirm the accepted quantities: the laboratory can then close the request.
When to sign the destruction certificate
In the details of the expired products request (left menu "Reclamations"), the "Sign" button appears only when the request has the status:
"Awaiting signature": the laboratory accepted everything;
"Partially validated": the laboratory accepted some of the products or quantities.
Sign the destruction certificate on the web
Click "Reclamations" in the left menu.
Click the expired products request (marked "Expired #").
Check the quantities accepted by the laboratory (the declared quantity is crossed out when it has been changed).
Click "Sign".
In the "Sign reclamation" window, under "Enter the RPPS number", enter your RPPS number.
Sign by hand in the "Sign by hand bellow" area ("New signature" to start over).
Tick "I understand that the amount of the request is not final".
Click "Save".
Result: the window shows the signed destruction certificate, with "Download"; close it with "Close". The request changes to the status "Transmitted" and the certificate remains available in the "Attachments" tab of the request details.
Sign the destruction certificate on the mobile app
Open the Opeaz mobile app, tap "Reclamations" in the bottom bar, then the expired products request.
Tap "Validate and sign".
Under "Enter your RPPS number", type your number, sign in "Your signature", tick "I understand that the amount of the request is not final", then tap "Validate".
Result: the "Destruction certificate" screen shows your signed certificate, with "Your certificate is also available in your web space."
Why the amount of the destruction certificate is not final
The amount of an expired products request depends on the quantities finally accepted and on the laboratory's discount rate.
After a partial acceptance, the displayed amount may still be calculated on the declared quantity rather than the accepted quantity. In that case, contact support via the Opeaz bubble and give the "Expired #" number: support gives you the corrected amount, calculated as follows: (accepted quantity ÷ declared quantity) × initial expected amount, and has the destruction certificate regenerated. Support does not change the amount of the request itself.
If it does not work
The "Sign" button does not appear: the request has not yet been checked by the laboratory ("Awaiting verification") or it has already been signed ("Transmitted").
"You must inform the RPPS number": enter your RPPS number.
"You must sign by hand above before save": draw your signature in the provided area.
The accepted quantities do not suit you: do not sign; contact the laboratory and ask it to go back to the verification.
Still stuck: contact support via the Opeaz bubble and give the "Expired #" number.
