Each compensation sent from your wallet becomes a transaction, with its status, timeline and supporting documents. You track them, and cancel them if needed, from the "Wallets" menu.
View the wallet's transaction list
Click "Wallets" in the left-hand menu.
Open "Transactions" (for a sales rep, it is the only tab and it opens directly).
Result: the list shows your transactions, including "Pharmacy", "CIP code", "Type", "Amount HT", "Status" and "Transaction date". To refine the list: "Filters" button, then "Filter by Status" or "Filter by Type".
View the details of a wallet transaction
Click "Wallets" in the left-hand menu, then open "Transactions".
Click "View details" (eye icon) for the transaction.
Result: the transaction window opens, with its steps ("Transaction created", "Proof uploaded", "Transaction validated"…) and its "Supporting documents".
Wallet transaction statuses
"Proof to upload": the transaction type requires a supporting document, and it has not been uploaded yet.
"Pending moderation": the transaction is waiting for its automatic validation.
"Pending regional manager validation": the transaction is waiting for manual validation by your laboratory's head office, which is the only one that can validate it.
"Transaction validated": the transaction is final and can no longer be cancelled.
"Cancelled": the amount has been returned to the original wallet.
Automatic validation delay for a transaction
A wallet transaction validates itself 72 hours after it becomes ready: when it is created if it requires no supporting document, otherwise when the document is uploaded.
A transaction with an amount greater than or equal to the manual validation threshold (€200 by default, each laboratory can set its own) never validates itself.
The amount is deducted from your wallet as soon as the transaction is created.
Cancel a wallet transaction
Click "Wallets" in the left-hand menu, then open "Transactions".
Click the cross icon on the transaction's row (tooltip "Cancel").
Enter the "Cancellation reason" (at least 10 characters), then click "Cancel transaction".
Result: "Transaction cancelled successfully" is displayed and the amount returns to your wallet.
Other path: open the transaction details ("View details"), click "Cancel" at the bottom of the window, enter the reason, then click "Cancel transaction".
Why this path: the cross on the row cancels without opening the details. It is active only on a transaction that has not yet been validated or cancelled; otherwise it is greyed out, with the tooltip "Cannot be cancelled".
You can cancel your own transactions during the following 72 hours. A "Proof to upload" transaction can be cancelled at any time.
If it doesn't work
The cross shows "Cannot be cancelled": the transaction is already validated or cancelled. If cancellation is refused on a pending transaction, the 72-hour delay may have passed. Ask your laboratory's head office.
"You do not have permission to view this transaction": it is not part of your territory.
