To follow up with pharmacies that are behind on a deal, filter their files by proofs, compensation requests and payments, then spot those that have not submitted anything yet.
Open the files filter panel on a deal
Click "Deals" in the left menu, then click the deal: the deal panel opens on the right.
Click "Access deal details": the detail page opens.
In the list of files, click the filter icon (tooltip "Filters"): the files filter panel opens on the right.
Choose the criteria, then click "Confirm".
Result: a message tells you how many files match your criteria ("1 file matches your criteria" if there is only one).
Filter by proof presence
Turn on "By proof presence", then choose the proof type: "Sales listing", "Photo" or "Other document".
For each type, tick one or more statuses: "To process", "Rejected", "Approved".
This filter only finds files that already contain a proof of the chosen type and status.
Filter by compensation request
"With a request"
"Without a request"
Filter by payment
"Paid"
"Unpaid"
Filter for documents to approve
"With at least one document to approve": files that contain at least one document to process.
Spot pharmacies that have not submitted any proof
In the files filter panel, on the deal detail page, there is no "without proof" filter: "By proof presence" only finds proofs that have already been submitted.
In the list of files, a file without proof shows "The pharmacy has not yet submitted any proofs".
For pharmacies that have not requested compensation: "Filters" icon > "By compensation request" > "Without a request" > "Confirm".
Filter files by pharmacy, groupement or mailing list
On the deal detail page, in the list of files:
At the top of the files filter panel, choose "All", "Groupement" or "Mailing Lists", then select the groupement or the list.
Or type the CIP code or the pharmacy name in "CIP / Pharmacy name".
If it doesn't work
"No files match your criteria": no file meets all the criteria. Remove one, or click "Reset".
Still stuck: contact support via the Opeaz bubble, with the name of the deal.
