Launch a new offer for pharmacies: create the trade operation from the "+" button in the top bar, then invite your pharmacies to it.
Create a trade operation
Open a page of the old screen, for example the "Operations" menu in the left menu, then click the "+" button in the top bar (tooltip "Add").
Click "New operation".
In the "Create an operation" panel, fill in the fields (see below).
Click "Add" at the bottom of the panel.
Result: "Operation created successfully!" is displayed and the panel closes; find the operation in the operations table.
Other path: on a /v2 page (for example "Compensations" or "Challenges" in the left menu), the "+" button in the top bar also offers "New operation"; once the form is submitted, the success alert leads to the summary of the created operation, with the "Invite to the operation" button. Why this path: the two "+" buttons are in the same place, so use the one on the screen you are on; the operations table, where most creations start, is on the old screen.
Trade operation fields
Laboratory, Products.
Period, Deadline.
Description, "Offer type", sell-in / sell-out.
Conditions.
Compensation: "BRI compensation mode" or "MEA compensation mode"; types: Credit note, Bank transfer, Free unit (UG), Year-end rebate (RFA), Commercial cooperation, Gift voucher, Invoice discount (RSF), Other.
"Contact e-mail", Documents (click or drag your files).
"Participation requires signature": if you tick it, add the signature text, the "Marketing file" and the "Contract file".
After creating the trade operation
Invite pharmacies: see "How do you invite pharmacies or a distribution list to a trade operation?".
To start from an existing operation: operation panel > "Actions" menu > "Duplicate".
If it doesn't work
"New operation" doesn't appear under the "+" button of the old screen → your account doesn't have the "Create an operation" permission: ask your account administrator for it.
The "Create an operation" panel refuses to submit ("Complete all required fields") → complete the highlighted fields; otherwise contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
