What does the status of my compensation request mean?

Under review, approved, rejected, canceled, paid or not: understand where each of your compensation requests stands and what you can do at each status.

Where to see the status of a compensation request

  1. Click "Compensations" in the left menu: the "Compensations" page opens (displayed title: "Compensations").

  2. Read the "Status" column of the table; click a row to open the compensation panel and its "History".

Result: each compensation request shows its status; "Filters" > "Status" keeps only the requests with one status.

Why this path: the "Compensations" page gathers all your compensation requests, across all operations. The other entry points ("Submitted requests" cards on the dashboard, "Compensations list" section of the operation panel) are described in the article "Where to find my compensation requests?".

The statuses of a compensation request

Under review

  • Your compensation request has been sent and is waiting to be approved or rejected. When the laboratory manages its compensations, it decides; you can neither approve nor reject it. An administrator of your pharmacy can, however, cancel it: "Cancel this compensation", at the bottom of the compensation panel.

Approved

  • The compensation is accepted. It can be approved without being paid yet: check the "Payment status" column of the "Compensations" page (left menu "Compensations").

Rejected

  • The compensation is rejected. A rejection always comes with a written comment: open the compensation and read the comment displayed next to the status.

Canceled

  • The compensation has been canceled. Nothing is deleted: the original compensation stays visible, marked "Canceled", and a reversing entry offsets it. An approved compensation cannot be reopened, and "Cancel this compensation" is no longer offered: if it must be corrected, contact support via the Opeaz chat bubble.

Finding out whether a compensation has been paid

  1. Click "Compensations" in the left menu, then "Filters".

  2. In "Payment", choose "Paid", "Received" or "Unpaid", then click "Apply".

Result: only the matching compensations remain displayed. "Paid": the laboratory has confirmed the payment; "Received": you have confirmed receipt. The "Total paid" card, at the top of the page, shows the total collected.

An approved compensation is still not paid

  • PharmaGestionPro subscriber: open the compensation from the "Compensations" page and click the bell icon (tooltip "Send a reminder to your PGP assistant") at the top of the compensation panel.

  • Otherwise: contact the laboratory or support via the Opeaz chat bubble.

If it doesn't work

  • A compensation marked as paid has not been received → contact support via the Opeaz chat bubble, with the operation and the amount.

  • A compensation request cannot be found → clear "Search for a compensation..." and click "Reset" in "Filters".
