Find in one click the operations that are waiting on you: a missing proof, a compensation to request, or the operations of a specific laboratory.
Find operations with a missing proof
Open the left-hand menu and click "Operations": the operations table appears.
Above the table, under "My operations", click "With pending proofs".
Result: only operations with a missing proof are displayed.
Another way: on the dashboard, the "Evidence you need to send us" card opens the operations table already filtered.
Find operations where the compensation is still to be requested
Open the left-hand menu and click "Operations".
Above the table, under "My operations", click "Missing compensation".
Result: only operations whose compensation request is still to be made are displayed.
Another way: on the dashboard, the "Compensation requests you need to make" card opens the table of finished operations with no request.
Filter operations by status
In the operations table (left-hand menu "Operations"), use the status selector: "All status", "Up coming", "Ongoing", "Completed".
Search for an operation
In the operations table, type the name of the operation in the "Search for a deal" search bar.
Show only the operations I participate in
Open the left-hand menu, click "Operations", then "Advanced filters": the "Filters" window opens.
In the "Participation" section, choose "I participate" (or "I don't participate", "Without answer").
Click "Apply".
Result: the active filters are displayed as filter tags under the search bar; "Clear all filters" removes them.
Another way: on the dashboard, click the "Operations in which you participate" card: it opens the operations table already filtered.
Why this way: the "Filters" window combines participation with other criteria; from the dashboard, the card is enough in one click when only participation matters.
Filter by sell-out or sell-in operation type
Above the operations table, next to the period, choose the sell-out or sell-in type.
Filter the operations of my favorite laboratories
In the filter bar of the operations table, click "Favorites" (star).
Choose the operations period
Above the operations table, under "All deals", choose the period (month, year or date range).
If it doesn't work
You can't see an operation → set "All status" again, empty the search bar, click "Clear all filters" and widen the period.
Still can't find it → contact support via the Opeaz bubble with the name of the operation and of the laboratory.
