How do I take part in a challenge and split the points among my beneficiaries?

A laboratory has invited your pharmacy to a challenge? Accept it, declare your sales, then split the points earned among your team members so they can convert them into gift cards.

Accept a challenge

  1. Open the left-hand menu and click "Challenges".

  2. Open the challenge you have been invited to.

  3. Click "Accept".

Result: the challenge page opens, with the status "Upcoming" before its start date or "In progress" during its period.

  • Alternative: importing your first sales listing for the challenge counts as automatic acceptance (see next section).

Declare my sales for a challenge

  1. Open the left-hand menu "Challenges", then the challenge.

  2. In "Import the sales listing", click the "Import the sales listing" card (or "Import from your extractor" if your extractor is connected).

  3. Click "Browse files" and choose your file (PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG, 6 MB maximum).

Result: "File uploaded successfully"; the status changes to "Processing", then the points are calculated.

  • If your sales come directly from your pharmacy management software (LGO), no manual listing is needed.

  • "Listing rejected": check the details, then click "Re-import".

  • If the sales target set by the laboratory is not reached, the challenge earns no points.

Split the challenge points among my beneficiaries

  1. Open the left-hand menu "Challenges", then the completed challenge: the status shows "Awaiting distribution".

  2. At the "Points distribution" step ("Distribute points to your beneficiaries"), click "Select a beneficiary" to add one, then enter each beneficiary's points.

  3. Click "Confirm".

Result: "Challenge completed successfully!" and "Your distribution has been submitted and is awaiting approval by the laboratory."

Points distribution rules

  • At least 5 points per beneficiary.

  • The laboratory may require a minimum number of individual beneficiaries.

  • A "corporate" challenge accepts only one beneficiary (an individual or a company).

  • Some laboratories cap the points per individual beneficiary: the cap is shown in the challenge.

After the laboratory's approval

  • Once the challenge distribution is approved, a grace period applies before the points can be converted: 72 hours by default, adjustable by each laboratory.

  • Your beneficiaries receive an e-mail and convert their points in their beneficiary area.

Edit a distribution that has already been approved

  • In the challenge (left-hand menu "Challenges"), click "Edit distribution" then "Reopen distribution": the laboratory's approval is cancelled and beneficiaries no longer have access to the points from this challenge until it is approved again.

  • This is only possible once the grace period has ended.

If it doesn't work

  • "The grace period has not yet expired" → wait until the grace period ends to edit the distribution.

  • "A beneficiary has already used their points" → the distribution can no longer be reopened: contact support via the Opeaz bubble.

  • "It is not possible to assign fewer than 5 points to a beneficiary" → increase their share or remove them.

  • The "Challenges" menu does not appear → your account does not have the Challenges permission; otherwise contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
