A Challenge rewards your pharmacy team with points converted into a gift card, whereas a commercial operation compensates the pharmacy: understand who benefits and how sales become points.
What is a Challenge
A Challenge is a campaign offered by a laboratory over a fixed period, for selected products, with a sales target.
Sales of these products during the Challenge earn points for the pharmacy.
The pharmacy distributes these points among its beneficiaries; the laboratory validates; the points are then converted into a gift card.
If the sales target is not reached, the Challenge earns no points: this is normal, it is not an error.
Challenge or commercial operation: the difference
A Challenge rewards the members of the pharmacy team with points, converted into a gift card. The proof expected is the sales listing.
A commercial operation gives rise to compensation for the pharmacy (credit note, invoice, free units…). The two processes are separate.
Where to find Challenges
Open the left menu and click "Challenges".
Result: you see the Challenges your pharmacy is invited to. If the "Challenges" menu does not appear, your account does not have the Challenges permission.
Who benefits from a Challenge: individual or corporate beneficiary
Individual beneficiary
A person on the pharmacy team (pharmacy technician, pharmacist…).
Corporate beneficiary
A company. A "corporate" Challenge accepts only one beneficiary (individual or corporate), maximum 1 per Challenge.
Minimum number of individual beneficiaries
The laboratory may require a minimum number of individual beneficiaries who must receive points.
The steps of a Challenge on the pharmacy side
Open the left menu "Challenges", open the Challenge and click "Accept".
Upload the sales listing from the Challenge ("Import sales listing").
Once the Challenge has ended, at the "Points distribution" step, distribute the points among the beneficiaries (at least 5 points per beneficiary).
Click "Confirm": the distribution is sent to the laboratory for validation ("Your distribution has been submitted and is awaiting approval by the laboratory.").
After validation, the beneficiaries convert their points into a gift card (see the article "How do I convert my challenge points into a gift card?").
Result: each beneficiary receives their points in their beneficiary area. Detailed procedure: "How do I take part in a challenge and distribute points among my beneficiaries?".
If it doesn't work
The "Challenges" menu does not appear → ask your pharmacy's administrator to check your permissions.
No points after the Challenge has ended → check that the sales target has been reached and that the listing was uploaded; otherwise contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
