How do I request and track my compensation after an operation?

Have you sent your justifications? Request your compensation from the laboratory in one click from the operations table, then track its status until payment.

Request my compensation

  1. Open the left menu and click "Operations": the operations table appears.

  2. On the operation's row, in the "Justifications" column, click the compensation icon (tooltip "Click to request your compensation").

  3. Choose the "Compensation type": "A credit note", "An invoice" or "Free units", depending on what the operation offers.

  4. Check the "Estimate of your compensation amount", then click the button at the bottom of the flow: "Generate PDF", "Generate invoice", or "Confirm" if you import your own document.

  5. If the step "All set! Would you like to send your request?" appears, enter the laboratory's "Recipient email" and click "Send by email" (or "Skip this step").

Result: "Your document has been sent!" or "Congratulations! Your request has been sent!". In the operations table, the compensation icon's tooltip changes to "Compensation request under review".

  • The icon opens the request only on a non-automated sell-out operation, with no request already made, before the deadline; otherwise it opens the operation panel. If the laboratory asks for a submission on its own site, a window first offers you this choice.

  • Other path: click the operation in the operations table; in the operation panel, under "Compensations list", click "Add my request" (or the "+", tooltip "Add a new compensation"). Disabled if the deadline has passed or if the operation is automated.

  • Other path: at the end of a justification upload, choose "Start my compensation request".

  • Other path: on the dashboard, the "Compensation requests you need to make" card opens the table of completed operations without a request; then click the compensation icon in the "Justifications" column.

  • Other path: above the operations table, under "My operations", turn on the "Missing compensation" filter, then click the compensation icon on the row.

  • Other path: on a "Completed" operation eligible for one-click reimbursement, with detected sales, the operation panel shows the "Recover" button followed by the amount: one click generates the sales listing and the compensation request.

  • Why this path: from the operations table, the icon in the "Justifications" column starts the request in one click, without opening the panel.

Let Opeaz manage my compensation

  • When you start the request at the end of a justification upload ("Start my compensation request"), the bottom of the flow may offer "Let Opeaz manage it": the request is handed over to the Opeaz team and the button then shows "Compensation managed by Opeaz". This button only appears for pharmacies that have access to PharmaGestionPro; without the subscription, it offers to subscribe.

Track my compensation's status

  1. Open the left menu and click "Compensations": the "Compensations" page appears, with all your requests, across all operations.

  2. Find the request and its status, or click it to see its details.

Result: you see the status of each compensation request (see the statuses below).

  • Other path: on the dashboard, the "Requests submitted" and "Compensations for the current month" cards open the list of requests submitted during the current year or month.

  • Other path: in the operation panel, the "Compensations list" section shows the requests for that operation only, with their status.

  • Why this path: the "Compensations" entry in the left menu is always visible and groups all your requests.

Compensation statuses

Under review

  • The laboratory has not yet processed the compensation request.

Approved

  • The laboratory has accepted the compensation. It can be paid; payment is tracked separately.

Rejected

  • The laboratory has rejected the compensation; a reason is always given.

Cancelled

  • The compensation has been cancelled (a reversing entry is created, nothing is deleted).

Compensation if the laboratory is not an Opeaz partner

  • You can update the status yourself: see "How do I change a compensation's status when the laboratory is not an Opeaz partner?".

If it doesn't work

  • The "Compensations" menu doesn't appear → your account doesn't have the Compensations permission: ask your pharmacy's administrator for it.

  • The compensation stays "Under review" → check that the operation is completed, that your justifications have been sent and that the request appears on the "Compensations" page; otherwise contact support via the Opeaz bubble.

  • An "Approved" compensation cannot be reopened for editing: contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
