What does the status of my trade operation mean?

"Up coming", "In progress" or "Completed": read the status of each trade operation and learn what you can do at each stage.

Where to see the status of my operations

  1. Open the left menu and click "Operations": the operations table appears.

  2. Use the status selector above the table ("All status" by default).

Result: the table shows only the operations with the chosen status.

The statuses of a trade operation

Up coming

  • The operation has been announced but has not started. You can read about it.

In progress

  • The operation is active: you can participate, carry it out and send your proofs.

Completed

  • The operation is closed: make or track your compensation request.

Participation: it is not a status

  • Participation is a response you give to the operation, independent of its status.

  • To filter by participation: in the operations table, "Advanced filters" opens the "Filters" window; in the "Participation" section, choose "I'm participating", "I'm not participating" or "Without answer", then "Apply".

Filter my operations to handle

  • Above the operations table, under "My operations", the "With pending proofs" filter shows the operations where a proof is missing.

  • The "Missing compensation" filter shows those where the compensation request is still to be made.

If it doesn't work

  • You don't see an operation → set the selector back to "All status" and clear the search bar; otherwise contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
