I can't log in to Opeaz: what should I do?

Can't get into Opeaz? Regain access to your account, whether it's a first login, a forgotten password or an e-mail that doesn't arrive.

Log in to Opeaz

  1. Open the login page: app.opeaz.com/sign-in.

  2. Enter your username or your e-mail address, then your password.

Result: you land on your dashboard. If there is an error, the message "Incorrect e-mail or password." is displayed.

Forgotten password or first login

  1. Open the login page (app.opeaz.com/sign-in) and click "Forgot password / First login".

  2. Enter your e-mail address (for a first login: the one on which you received your Opeaz invitation).

  3. Click "Receive a link by e-mail".

  4. Open the Opeaz e-mail "Choose your password", click the "Choose my password" button, then choose your password (at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter, at least one digit and at least one symbol) and click "Confirm my password".

  5. On "Welcome, your access is ready!", click "Go to login" and log in.

Result: you are logged in with your new password. The link works only once and remains valid for 7 days.

I don't receive the Opeaz password e-mail

  • Check your spam folder and the "Promotions" tab of your mailbox.

  • On the screen that follows "Receive a link by e-mail", check that the address displayed is exactly the one on your account; otherwise click "Change address".

  • On that same screen, click "Resend link".

My Opeaz account has not been created yet

  • Each member of a pharmacy is created by the pharmacy administrator: "Settings" page ("Settings" gear in the top bar) > "Team members" > "Invite members".

  • The administrator then sees a generated password and passes it on to you. You can also use "Forgot password / First login" with the e-mail address that was used.

If it doesn't work

  • Still stuck after these steps → contact support via the Opeaz bubble, stating your e-mail address, your pharmacy's CIP code and the error message displayed.
