How do I see my pharmacy sector on Opeaz?

The pharmacies you are in charge of are listed in the "Clients" menu, "Pharmacies" card. Your Wallets sectors, however, are managed separately by your laboratory's head office: the two may differ.

See the pharmacies in my sector in Clients

  1. Click "Clients" in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the "Pharmacies" card.

Result: your pharmacy list shows the pharmacies assigned to your account, one by one, with "CIP Code", "Pharmacy name", "Groupement", "Owner name", "Email Address" and "Activation". Look for a pharmacy by its name or CIP code in the "Search" bar above the list.

My sectors in Wallets

  • For a sales rep, the "Wallets" menu only opens the "Transactions" tab: there is no tab or link to the sectors.

  • Sectors are created and managed by your laboratory's head office, in the "Sectorization" tab of the "Wallets" menu. To find out or correct your sector, ask them.

See the pharmacies in my sector on the mobile app

  1. Open the Opeaz mobile app and tap "Pharmacies" in the bottom bar.

  2. Type the name or CIP code of a pharmacy in the "Search" field if needed.

Result: the list only shows the pharmacies assigned to your account.

If it doesn't work

  • A pharmacy is missing from your pharmacy list: see the article "I can't find a pharmacy on Opeaz".

  • The "Wallets" menu doesn't appear in the left-hand menu: your account doesn't have the pharmaceutical sales rep, regional director or head office role.

  • A sector is wrong or missing: the head office administrator of your laboratory manages the sectors. Contact them, or support via the Opeaz bubble.
