Opeaz brings laboratories' trade operations, your justifications and your compensations together in one place. Here is what your pharmacy can do there day to day, from taking part in an operation to getting paid.
Track all my trade operations
All laboratory operations in one place: in the left menu, "Operations" opens the operations table.
The filter bar sorts operations by status ("All status", "Up coming", "In progress", "Completed"), by participation and by favorite laboratory ("Favorites" button). The search bar finds an operation by its name.
Send my justifications and get compensated
An operation's justifications (sales listing and photo) are uploaded from the operations table, "Justifications" column, or from the operation panel, "Justifications" section.
The compensation request is started from the same "Justifications" column, or from the "Compensations list" section of the operation panel. Its status can be followed in "Compensations" (left menu).
Avoid re-entering data in my LGO
Push Promo: an operation's promo prices are sent directly to your pharmacy management software (LGO).
Automatic sales extraction: Opeaz generates your sales listings from your LGO data.
Sell better in the pharmacy
Posters and flyers from templates: left menu "Posters / Printing".
Laboratory challenges: your team members earn points that are converted into gift cards.

The laboratory page gathers trade conditions, documents, contacts, as well as your team's notes and reports.
What my Opeaz dashboard shows
The dashboard is the first page displayed after login (left menu "Dashboard"). Its cards:
"Evidence you need to send us"
"Compensation requests you need to make"
"Compensations for the current month"
"Operations in which you participate", "Requests submitted"
"Last laboratories consulted", "Last notes" (absent for PharmUPP accounts), "My latest tasks in progress" (if your account has the tasks permission)
"Pending proofs", displayed only when proofs are pending
Features included in the Opeaz subscription
Some features require a subscription: tags, posters, assistant, Ospharm features. If your group covers the subscription, you have nothing to pay.
If it doesn't work
A feature described here doesn't appear → it depends on your permissions (check with your pharmacy's administrator) or on the subscription. Otherwise, contact support via the Opeaz bubble.
